This is a 62 year-old
patient who had mastectomies in
both breasts and at the same
time I placed tissue expanders
in the mastectomy pocket.
After reaching 410cc in each
breast, which took several
expansions over about 3 months,
550cc implants were
placed. The last stage was
the nipple and areola
tattoo. From 1st picture
to final picture was a 2 year
