This is a 47-year old
patient who presented with
localized fat deposits and
protruding abdomen. She
underwent a staged body
contouring procedure. The
initial surgery was an
abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The
post operative pictures are
indicated above. She then
underwent liposuction and soon
after, gastric bypass from her
general surgeon. The patient did
well, but had excess skin
involving buttocks and thighs.
The next surgery was a buttock /
thigh lift procedure. Her first
procedure was performed November
2000, and the last procedure was
performed September 2003. |
