Dr. Basith Ghazali received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the AgaKhan University (affiliate of McGill University Canada) in 1988. Soon after, he earned a master's degree in health systems from Johns Hopkins University.  Subsequently, Dr. Ghazali completed his Residency in General Surgery at the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens (affiliate of Cornell University). His Post-Doctoral training also included a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center.  Dr. Ghazali is board certified in both Plastic and General Surgery.

Currently, Dr. Ghazali runs a private clinical practice in Fort Worth, TX. He is also an active staff member at various hospitals and medical centers in and around the Fort Worth area including: Harris Methodist Hospital, Baylor All Saints Hospital, Plaza Medical Center, Fort Worth Surgery Center, All Saints City View, and the Medical Centre Surgicare.

In addition to his clinical appointments, Dr. Ghazali maintains a number of professional affiliations. He is an active member of:

Dr. Ghazali's practice covers the spectrum of plastic surgery, however, an emphasis is placed on breast and cosmetic surgery. This includes procedures like breast augmentation, breast reductions, problems with existing breast implants, liposuction, abdominoplasty - tummy tuck, and facial cosmetic surgery.
